The hotel was fairly clean and had extraordinary service-minded staff. Our room was great value, also it had a writing table and closet space. The location was absolutely perfect, not very far from Floating Garden Observatory.

Perfect location with splendid view of the sunset. Location near to the closest train station and pictures of how to get to the restaurants for the cab drivers. Also, in the centre of Osaka.

The rooms here are gorgeous and really well-equipped with an electric kettle and fridge. Plus, they've got a fab restaurant that's perfect for breakfast 🍳.

Magnificent remote location just off floating garden and Unmeda. It also was to osaka TRAIN Station. View of a very nice garden was brilliant, the room was quiet and luxury. Pleased it had a separate shower.

this was a very nice stay for 4 nights. the property was in the centre of the city. the area was very quiet residential near to the closest train station and inexpensive conveyor belt sushi meal at daikisuisan. great-sized rooms and a writing desk and a closet space included. the view was great, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The pool was nice, marvellous and good breakfasts with western food and omelet station, for instance. The location of the hotel was great - just a pleasant stroll away from a contemporary mall.

The location was great, with easy access to trains and nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. The room I booked was huge, modern, and beautifully decorated with flowers. the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of dishes that were satisfying.

Brand-new and nicely decorated room, with a luxurious bathroom. Private parking in front of the hotel provided.

Location: the hotel was near several restaurants printing out specific directions and pictures of how to get to the restaurants for the cab drivers and the Sky Tower and KIX airport. There was Hanano near the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from Grand Front Osaka, which was adjacent to JR Osaka Station and Daimaru. We also appreciated the fact that this hotel was one of the few that accommodated our family of 4 in the same room, unlike other hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful remote location and wonderful staff. Excellent service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Helpfulness from the whole staff. Incredibly comfortable room with an excellent view of a very nice garden.

1. Front Desk staff Although late check out is arranged until 1pm.The room was found lock out at 1230pm when I returned from shopping. My wife has to go to Front Desk again. 2. The buffet breakfast charge at Yen 3000. But food variety is slim.

The Westin Osaka is a beautiful and lovely hotel located really close to the city commercial center, train station, and subway station. the stunning location in the basement area of Umeda Sky Building provides plenty of food options. Additionally, it is within walking distance to a contemporary mall.

Spacious and clean rooms, with a separate shower and double vanity. Attentive and English-speaking staff. Close to Umeda Sky Building and convenience store. Free shuttle bus to and from the train station.
