The hotel had extraordinary service-minded staff. Our room was great value and included a writing table and closet space. The location was absolutely perfect, not very far from the Floating Garden Observatory.

Convenient location with a beautiful view of the sunset 🌅. It's close to the train station and there are helpful photos showing how to get to the restaurants for the taxi drivers. Plus, it's right in the heart of the city.

The rooms here are gorgeous and really well-equipped with an electric kettle and fridge. Plus, they've got a fab restaurant that's perfect for breakfast 🍳.

this was a very nice stay for 4 nights. the property was in the centre of the city. the area was very quiet residential near to the closest train station and inexpensive conveyor belt sushi meal at daikisuisan. great-sized rooms and a writing desk and a closet space included. the view was great, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Staff is friendly and attentive.

1. Front Desk staff Although late check out is arranged until 1pm.The room was found lock out at 1230pm when I returned from shopping. My wife has to go to Front Desk again. 2. The buffet breakfast charge at Yen 3000. But food variety is slim.

also, location was best possible and quiet, within walking distance of floating garden observatory. we dined at a small nearby restaurant with chinese dishes.

The location of the Westin Osaka is superb, situated near the beautiful Floating Garden and Umeda. the hotel is conveniently close to Osaka Train Station. the view of the lovely garden from the room was fantastic. the room was luxurious and quiet, offering a separate shower which was greatly appreciated.

Close proximity to major Osaka Cities, Excellent Customer Service and Spacious Comfortable Rooms

Everything was superb from the excellent service to the good food. The staff were all highly professional and well organized. The location was best possible and peaceful, within walking distance of Kuchu Teien Observatory Observation Deck. And the area was interesting, close to the main shopping mall and Grand Front Osaka, which was adjacent to JR Osaka Station and Daimaru.

The pool was nice, marvelous, and good breakfasts with western food and omelet station. the location of the hotel was great - just a pleasant stroll away from a contemporary mall.

The staffs in concierge are very friendly and helpful. Also very considerate to provide free shuttle bus for the hotel guests travel to and from hotel and JR station. The room size is big and comfortable.

I was staying at executive floor, the staffs in executive lounge are not so friendly and helpful enough to serve guests at the time. I went into the room find there are many dusts on carpet and curtains so much dirt on furnitures. I had to clean up the whole room by myself before we could rest. Room lights are so dark, even there are already 4 electrical lights on the bathroom but somehow very dull grey environment! With modern lighting it could be improved to a very lit up and presentable room. For the high standard of Japanese, seems some staffs in this hotel could be more feel properly train to be more friendly instead of telling us they do not feel well as reply.

The location was great, with easy access to trains and nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. The room I booked was huge, modern, and beautifully decorated with flowers. the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of dishes that were satisfying.

The room is brand-new, nicely decorated, with a luxurious bathroom, and there is private parking available in front.
